Mediation Services
We provide a comprehensive service in relation to the conduct and management of mediation and conciliation proceedings and can recommend experienced and suitable mediators. We can prepare submissions, attend and advising clients at mediations and advise either regarding settlement agreements or what further actions might be taken in the event of non-settlement.
Adjudication
We have valuable experience acting for both claimants and defendants in the Adjudication process. Through our network of associates we are able to mobilize experienced professionals at very short notice to help our clients meet the short timescales involved.
Dispute Adjudication Boards
Of particular interest to our overseas clients working with FIDIC contracts is our ability to offer experienced advice and support to a DAB – whether it is attendance at regular meetings or preparation for and attendance at full hearings of disputes of all scale and nature.
Arbitration
We work with your legal team and experts in order to co-ordinate and bring construction industry knowledge to the arbitration and litigation processes in order to ensure a balance is struck between the legal and technical elements of a dispute.
In addition to our experience co-ordinating multi-discipline teams we can also provide you support in delay analysis and quantum issues and advice regarding procedural matters.
Supporting Court Proceedings
Cranborne’s abilities to support our clients includes the provision of Expert Witness services, where we understand that our duty is to the Tribunal or Court. We can provide testimony on a broad range of construction and infrastructure matters and our expertise is particularly refined in the areas of highways construction and maintenance, mechanical and electrical construction and power plant construction.
